Tilt Inc. provides customer support via support@tilt365.com. Most support requests receive a response within one business day. GDPR-related requests (such as data access or deletion) are addressed within 24 hours. Custom support requests may incur fees.

All content within the Services is the property of Tilt Inc. or its licensors. You may not use our content or trademarks without prior written permission.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tilt Inc. disclaims all liability for damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Tilt Inc. may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason. You may close your account by contacting support@tilt365.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wake County, NC. You agree to this exclusive jurisdiction.
