Karel McIntosh is a blend of coach, facilitator, marketing strategist, and creative director, and the founder of Livewired Group, a Caribbean-based communication performance and team dynamics firm. With over 20 years in marketing, social media, and communication training, she's known for her wit, her down-to-earthness, and her knack for simplifying complex issues. Karel is a certified executive and team coach with an ICF ACC credential and an MSc in Corporate Communication (Distinction), along with certifications in personality science, emotional intelligence, leadership climate, decision-making, and psychological safety.

Gary Owens, EdD, BCC, PCC, is VP of Strategic Initiatives at Tilt365. A Tilt365 practitioner for over a decade, he was drawn to the framework because it does what most assessments don't: it measures character, tracks growth over time, and pairs the data with a real development path. His background is operational. Twenty years in healthcare leadership taught him what it takes to lead under real pressure, and that experience shapes how he applies the science behind Tilt365 today. He works to bring the framework's capability to more organizations and practitioners.
