Leadership Assessment
A leadership assessment that measures behaviour, not personality type
Tilt365 measures 12 character strengths and shows how each one shifts when a leader is under pressure — the moment leadership either holds or fails.
Most assessments sort people into a type and stop there. Leaders read the report, nod, and nothing changes. Tilt365 measures something people can actually move: the character strengths they choose to lean on, and the ones that quietly disappear on a hard week.

Why most leadership assessments don't change anything
The common complaint from HR leaders is not that the assessment was wrong. It's that it was inert. A type code is a description, and descriptions don't create behaviour change. Three structural problems explain most of it:
- They measure stable traits. If the result can't move, there's nothing to develop toward.
- They're a one-off event. A single snapshot in an onboarding week tells you nothing about a leader six months into a hard project.
- They stay individual. Leadership happens between people, but the report never leaves one person's inbox.
What Tilt365 measures instead
The True Tilt Personality Profile maps 12 character strengths across four patterns — Clarity, Connection, Courage, and Structure — and identifies each leader's Unique Amplifier™, the strength that carries the most leverage for them specifically. Crucially, it captures both the calm state and the pressure state, so leaders can see exactly which strength they lose access to when things get hard.
- 12 character strengths scored individually, not collapsed into a four-letter label
- A pressure profile showing which strengths drop away under stress
- The Unique Amplifier™ — the single highest-leverage strength to develop next
- Unlimited retakes inside the subscription, so progress is measurable
From individual result to team behaviour
The Agility Growth Tracker adds structured input from the people a leader actually works with, then tracks the gap between self-perception and observed behaviour over time. Team Agility Analytics rolls those results up so you can see a team's collective blind spot — usually a strength that nobody on the team is carrying.
- 360-style input from peers, reports, and managers
- Repeat measurement on your own cadence, not an annual cycle
- Team-level patterns that show where a group is structurally exposed
- Side-by-side team comparison at the analytics tier
How organisations roll it out
Most clients start with a single intact team, run the True Tilt Profile, hold a facilitated debrief, then add the Agility Growth Tracker as a repeated measure. From there it expands team by team. You can run it internally, use a certified Tilt365 practitioner, or certify your own people to facilitate.
- Start with one team and a facilitated debrief
- Add repeated measurement once the shared language is in place
- Certify internal facilitators so the practice doesn't depend on outside consultants
